Beschreibung

• Lead the hardware solutions strategy • Manage relationships with hardware vendors, monitor SLAs, and align vendors with project timelines • Review and evaluate new hardware solutions against compliance, performance, and customer needs • Use AI tools to model roadmap trade-offs, simulate hardware configurations, and generate scenario analyses • Use AI-powered research tools for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and hardware evaluation • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing to gather customer insights and develop recommendations • Support go-to-market planning through release notes, feature overviews, and cross-functional launch alignment • Use AI tools to draft and iterate GTM assets, including release notes, product briefs, and training materials • Deliver product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders • Represent Elovate at trade shows and customer presentations • Participate in product testing for functional and regulatory compliance • Implement AI-driven automation across hardware evaluation workflows, SLA reporting, compliance tracking, and vendor documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager managing Agile teams and leading end-to-end product development • Experience in the Automated Traffic Enforcement industry and familiarity with vehicle detection technologies • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent • Strong vendor management skills, including SLA tracking and roadmap coordination • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Driven, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a growth mindset and a hands-on approach to leveraging AI and new technologies as everyday productivity tools
