Beschreibung

• Translate Granicus’s 3–5 year vision into an actionable product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and financial outcomes • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers • Foster ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and effective use of AI in product discovery, delivery, and decision-making • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility • Make informed trade-offs to maximize ROI and product profitability • Advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making • Use analytics, customer feedback, and market research to guide product direction • Partner with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and Sales on product delivery and go-to-market execution • Establish and refine product management processes, tools, and best practices • Represent Granicus internally and externally as a product evangelist • Articulate Granicus’s vision and value proposition to stakeholders and customers • Help shape responsible use of AI to accelerate product strategy, execution, and customer impact

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in product management • At least 2 years in a leadership role • Proven success managing and scaling product teams in an Agile environment • Servant-leader mindset with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams • Ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to craft product strategies • Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities • Exceptional communication and ability to influence across all organizational levels • Demonstrated ability to lead AI adoption within product organizations • Ability to coach Product Managers to use AI tools for research, prioritization, writing, experimentation, and team productivity • Demonstrated ability to drive product success and profitability through strategic planning and execution • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is a strong plus • Experience in Agenda Management, Video Streaming, and Records Request markets for SaaS products is nice to have • Responsible for preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Granicus information assets • Responsible for ensuring employee and customer data privacy and completing required privacy training
