Beschreibung

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions • Identify growth opportunities through market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback • Provide product P&L and growth projections to leadership • Serve as subject matter expert in outpatient CDI workflows, risk adjustment, HCC capture, and coding compliance • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver product releases • Prioritize the product backlog based on client needs, ROI, and strategic objectives • Lead execution of the product roadmap with product owners and development teams • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning • Direct product documentation, training, and implementation requirements • Collaborate with clinical, coding, sales, and customer success teams • Engage clients to gather insights and validate solutions • Support sales through product demonstrations, RFP responses, and thought leadership • Oversee Solution Advisor activities • Ensure alignment with outpatient documentation standards, CMS regulations, and payer requirements • Monitor industry changes affecting outpatient CDI • Define KPIs and success metrics • Analyze product usage and outcomes to drive continuous improvement • Use data to identify gaps and inform roadmap priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting, and seven years of experience in product management, CDI, coding, or healthcare technology • OR High School Diploma/GED, completed and verified before starting, and fourteen years of healthcare experience focused on revenue cycle with CRC and OP CDI credentials • Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, quality risk methodologies, CRC, and ambulatory workflows • Demonstrated experience delivering software products in an agile environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Master's degree in health information systems, health policy, or hospital administration is an additional qualification • Five years of experience working in healthcare risk-adjusted market payer/provider needs is an additional qualification • OP CDI/Coder certifications such as CPC, CDIP, RHIA, or CCS are additional qualifications • Experience developing an Outpatient CDI program for a healthcare organization • Understanding and familiarity with the US healthcare industry • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies • Ability to work across internal and external stakeholders • Familiarity with Solventum CDI and Coding products • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
