Beschreibung

• Shape systems used by dispatchers and first responders during critical moments • Own and evolve key areas of the CAD platform from idea through launch and iteration • Explore ambiguous customer and business problems and define paths to products or capabilities • Build context, establish priorities, and move existing product initiatives forward • Own product roadmaps and execution while balancing near-term customer needs with longer-term opportunities • Partner with engineering and design to create intuitive, reliable, and scalable product experiences • Engage dispatchers, supervisors, command staff, and technology leaders to understand workflows • Evaluate product opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs • Use product analytics, customer feedback, operational insights, and business context for prioritization and impact measurement • Collaborate with sales, implementation, customer success, and go-to-market partners on launches and customer adoption • Prioritize and refine the backlog and make tradeoffs • Improve usability, performance, resiliency, scalability, and existing customer workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products • Experience ideally in enterprise SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or other operationally complex environments • Proven ability to own products or significant product areas end-to-end • Experience taking products or capabilities from 0 to 1 • Ability to step into existing products or initiatives and provide product leadership • Strong product judgment • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams • Comfort engaging directly with customers and translating complex workflows into product opportunities • Strong communication skills • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, implementation, customer success, support, or go-to-market teams • Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions and evaluate impact • Enterprise, workflow-heavy, real-time, or operational product experience is a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the country in which the role is being hired • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
