Beschreibung

• Create and manage new and existing test plans for features, enhancements, and defects with minimal direction. • Define manual quality assurance requirements for complex projects and refine those requirements throughout the development lifecycle. • Validate end-user workflows and business logic through thorough manual testing. • Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and user interface testing. • Ensure testing extends beyond documented requirements to include real-world system behavior and customer experience. • Identify, assess, and communicate quality risks to cross-functional stakeholders. • Document defects with detailed reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and impact assessments. • Demonstrate sound judgment and make informed quality-related decisions in fast-paced environments. • Advocate for quality-focused scope adjustments when competing priorities arise. • Provide recommendations to team leaders regarding initiatives that deliver the greatest value to customers and the business.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience in software testing or quality engineering within a professional software development environment. • Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and customer needs. • Ability to work closely with client-facing teams to gain a strong understanding of end-user workflows. • Experience partnering with software engineers to identify and execute effective testing strategies. • Participation in test planning, estimation, sprint activities, and quality assurance initiatives. • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Proficiency with GitHub, Postman, Atlassian products, and Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness and ability to learn and apply AI-assisted testing practices. • Familiarity with constituent relationship management tools is preferred.
