Beschreibung

• Direct the agent array on production workstreams by decomposing problems into agent-suitable tasks, dispatching them, and integrating output into shipped software • Review agent-generated pull requests at volume and depth for correctness, security, and accessibility defects • Author evaluation suites that make quality measurable and validate correctness • Own end-to-end quality, including correctness, performance, security posture, and WCAG accessibility • Advance workstreams along the autonomy ladder based on reliability data • Revert to supervised execution when measured reliability does not support autonomy • Strengthen the AI-native development lifecycle by identifying degraded patterns, prompts, or pipeline components • Work with the lead architect to remediate lifecycle issues • Maintain agent operations within the security boundary, including branch-only execution, vaulted credentials, sandboxed actions, and in-VPC inference • Mentor engineers transitioning to agent-directed delivery • Contribute to lifecycle standards as a co-author • Protect Granicus information assets and employee/customer data in accordance with security and privacy policies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, systems design, and testing • Ability to read unfamiliar code quickly and assess it accurately • Record of shipping production software with ownership of quality, diagnosis, and remediation when it failed • Hands-on experience directing coding agents on production work, including understanding their failure modes • Experience critically reviewing agent-generated code • Demonstrated code-review competence, including identifying defects automated tests do not catch • Ability to provide actionable feedback and maintain a high quality bar without becoming a bottleneck • High autonomy and proactive escalation • Preferred: experience in FedRAMP, defense, financial services, healthcare, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, or HIPAA-bound environments • Preferred: evaluation authoring or test-first development in a rigorous engineering culture • Preferred: full-stack range sufficient to review front-end and back-end output • Preferred: public-sector or govtech experience and familiarity with relevant end users • Must preserve confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Must ensure data privacy and complete required privacy training • No degree requirements for most roles; no specific degree required for this role
