Beschreibung

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions • Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams • Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected • Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation • Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and think through implementation • Experience documenting processes, functional specs, and technical designs • Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus • Basic programming or debugging experience, with exposure to ABAP preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on moderately complex projects
