Beschreibung

• Create copy across the business for different formats and channels • Manage social media and run the social media calendar • Draft customer communications, including release notes and emails • Produce basic visual assets and edit short- and long-form video • Identify and manage the industry events calendar • Coordinate speaker pitches and run award submissions • Identify and manage customer co-marketing campaigns • Support PR drafting, pitching, campaigns, agency management, and reporting • Identify and create opportunities to position executives as thought leaders • Track, analyse, and manage marketing performance reports • Provide general marketing support wherever the team and business needs it • Manage customer communications through the website and HubSpot • Handle customer and product marketing reviews in a regulated environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong copywriting skills across different formats and channels • Basic graphic design and video editing skills • 2–3 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role • Basic understanding of fintech or financial services • Self-starter mindset with ability to manage time, deadlines, and projects independently • Strong interest in writing, with emphasis on clarity and readability • Experience managing social media accounts is ideal • Experience supporting PR activity, ideally in fintech or a regulated environment, is ideal • Successful candidate must complete background screening • Satisfactory verification of right to work, criminal record, credit history, social media, and professional references required
