Beschreibung

• Own how PubNub communicates the problems its real-time platform solves • Build problem-led solution narratives and positioning for priority industries and use cases • Focus initially on one to two strategic verticals, adapting messaging to customer problems, buying committees and business outcomes • Develop and own PubNub's Real-Time Infrastructure for AI positioning and messaging • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value for developers, technical leaders and business stakeholders • Create sales and event enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, talk tracks, case studies and competitive messaging • Partner with Developer Relations and Product to ensure messaging is technically accurate, credible and grounded in product capabilities and customer proof • Equip ABM, field marketing and sales programmes with tailored messaging for target accounts and industries • Research customers, competitors and markets to understand buyer problems and strengthen positioning • Test and iterate buyer language, positioning and solution narratives based on customer feedback, campaign performance and conversion • Partner with Product and Legal to ensure customer-facing messaging remains accurate and on-claim • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, Developer Relations and Marketing to grow the solutions marketing function • Help improve positioning clarity, pipeline quality and buyer-first conversations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, technical marketing or a closely related role within SaaS or technology • Demonstrated experience developing positioning, messaging, value propositions or solution narratives for technical products • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer problems, use cases and business outcomes • Comfort working with technical products and understanding how developers and other technical audiences evaluate and adopt software • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales or other technical and commercial teams • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to make complex concepts clear without losing technical accuracy • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom • PubNub is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position • Nice to have: Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud platforms, infrastructure or other technically complex software • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI applications, AI agents or the broader agentic application landscape • Nice to have: Experience adapting positioning and messaging across different industries or verticals • Nice to have: Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), field marketing or enterprise go-to-market programmes • Nice to have: Experience creating sales enablement and competitive messaging • Nice to have: Evidence of positioning or messaging contributing to improved pipeline quality, conversion or sales effectiveness
