Beschreibung

• Own and improve the technical pipeline, including tooling, automation, data flows, and standards • Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on improved workflows • Provide focus and direction for AI exploration • Identify bottlenecks early and develop scalable solutions • Work hands-on when needed and turn successful approaches into broader team practices • Shape the technical and production roles needed as the company grows • Keep the organization current and competitive in evolving technology • Help define how apparel, footwear, and luxury products are represented digitally at scale • Connect CGI quality, pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and production-team needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in a senior technical role such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar • Solid knowledge of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production • Scripting knowledge sufficient to guide developers and make sound technical decisions • Strong systems thinking and hands-on approach • Curiosity about AI and ability to distinguish meaningful applications from hype • Clear communication across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers • Product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twin experience is a strong plus • Experience with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, and AI tools • Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English
