Beschreibung

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of crop insurance product policy • Ensure product policy language, claims intent, and operational execution align with ProAg’s business strategy • Review, recommend, and implement updates to policy language based on industry trends • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure policies meet all regulatory and contractual requirements • Gather and analyze insights from agents, field teams, and internal partners for policy improvements • Support training and education efforts related to policy changes and product updates

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop insurance, product policy, underwriting, claims, or a related role • Strong understanding of crop insurance products, policy language, and regulatory considerations • Ability to analyze complex policy and claims scenarios and translate them into clear, actionable guidance • Strong collaboration and communication skills
