Beschreibung

• Collaborate with stakeholders during product and process development initiatives to ensure alignment with the Business Vision • Participate in visioning for applications, products, and processes by defining the “What” and the “Why” and aligning them with corporate goals and objectives • Understand and interpret Risk Management Agency (RMA) and National Crop Insurance Service (NCIS) changes • Identify application, business, and policy-language changes affecting business processes and customer workflows • Define and create business epics, themes, and features using the Agile framework • Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to work-process problems within three months • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Crop insurance industry experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, IT, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience • Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the applicable area of the Company’s business • Working knowledge of crop lifecycle and all system interfaces • Ability to anticipate downstream effects on customer segments and employees when changes are made • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
