Beschreibung

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations, and troubleshoot Level 1 issues • Manage the order-to-cash process across DTC and retail integrations, including SKU mappings • Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades with vendors and teammates • Build and maintain QA checks for data and system integrity • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools • Manage cybersecurity protocols and improve business continuity and disaster recovery • Document process flows, system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and training materials • Lead technology improvement projects from requirements gathering through build, testing, training, and post-live support • Run technology onboarding for new hires, including equipment, access, and systems training • Partner with departments to identify technology needs and evaluate tools • Grüns provides comprehensive, convenient nutrition through gummies made from nutrient-dense, whole-food ingredients.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-3 years of experience in technology support or similar work at a fast-growing company • Strong technical aptitude • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently • Demonstrated experience redesigning a specific workflow or process and explaining the changes and results • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics • Bias toward shipping and automating manual processes • Fluency with AI tools and ability to help others use them • Responsive, patient, and clear approach to supporting internal teammates • Ability to document processes and work comfortably with ambiguity • Ability to own outcomes and collaborate deeply
