Beschreibung

• The position is part of the MAR squad (network replenishment model), a platform to assist our franchisees in placing orders. Its purpose is to consolidate the information necessary to complete purchases and to provide a smooth and accurate buying experience. • You will be: • - Responsible for implementing the best backend solutions for our customers collaboratively, always aiming for the best user experience for our products; • - Responsible for coding, writing unit and integration tests, deploying and monitoring, and ensuring quality and good programming practices; • - Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems; • - Acting with an ownership mindset and participating in product implementation decisions; • - Improving system quality by identifying problems and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures; • - Maintaining, improving, and reviewing existing code through code reviews and pair programming; • - Investigating and adopting new technologies when relevant; • - Keeping documentation up to date and acting as a technical mentor to other developers, sharing programming best practices with the team; • - Using integrated AI and data in coding.
