Beschreibung

• Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success • Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions that fit their unique needs and ecosystems • Guide implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Integrate multi-tier architecture through integrations and system configuration • Evaluate emerging or incumbent technologies for value and fit in client or back-office implementations • Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement • Provide thought leadership on process improvement • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience with Appian solutions • 6+ years of related IT experience • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area • Active Appian Lead Certification • Strong experience with Agile delivery • Strong technical implementation skills • Strong database design and development skills • Experience evaluating and resolving issues found during system security testing • Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes • Experience implementing Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid platform deployments • Experience in network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniques • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”) • U.S. Citizen required • Must be willing to travel 0-15% to client meetings in Washington, DC area and Dallas, TX
