Beschreibung

• Serve as an authority on I&O strategy for CIOs globally • Guide clients on service management best practices, I&O vendor evaluation, and performance measurement • Advise CIOs and Heads of I&O on modernizing enterprise platforms • Deliver research and recommendations on infrastructure technologies, markets, and emerging trends • Analyze industry trends, threat intelligence, and technology disruptions to forecast risks and inform strategic planning • Scale positions and insights for different audiences, industries, and midsize enterprises • Present research and thought leadership in client conversations, Gartner events, webinars, and workshops • Support clients in evaluating and selecting I&O vendors and solutions • Collaborate with Gartner Analysts to develop actionable research, including Magic Quadrants • Create innovative, thought-provoking, high-leverage insights content • Develop insights and actionable approaches to address client needs • Analyze client barriers and reframe thinking to advance strategy • Establish insights positions across a team of analysts • Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders and influence research agendas • Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts • Provide actionable advice through virtual and face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for events, conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales by providing market perspective and helping drive client engagement • Conduct timely, high-quality content peer review • Represent Gartner insights, methodology, and strategy as an industry expert • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Identify research process improvements and develop new processes • Mentor and coach junior team members • Maintain a client-centric approach and encourage regular engagement with Gartner insights

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience as CIO or Head of Infrastructure • Experience in one or more of: developing an I&O strategy; transitioning and operating IT services; optimizing IT service management processes; automating operations • Executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply patterns and frameworks • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts concisely • Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a multicultural global team • Learning agility and ability to navigate highly matrixed environments • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable
