Beschreibung

• Support Services and Project Management leadership teams with pre-sales tracking and services delivery tasks • Assist VP of Engineering in monitoring services pipeline, WIP reporting, and proposal status and execution timelines • Work with Vendor Relations Management team to help manage certifications • Create and manage proposals and workflows, including Statements of Work, Change Orders, Vendor Delivered Services, and Sub-Contractor Services • Input accurate data into COGS, Salesforce, and JIRA • Submit proposal requests to the Proposal Support Group • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure SOW accuracy • Work with Account teams to properly forecast projects • Address invoicing and accounting issues with internal teams • Document and maintain the full lifecycle of the services process • Maintain strong internal customer experience through communication and professionalism with sales, delivery personnel, PMO, PSG, and GuidePoint stakeholders • Manage staff augmentation process, including scoping client needs, coordinating interviews, onboarding resources, project oversight, and subcontractor lifecycle tasks

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience • At least 5 years IT, security or business-related experience • Experience in services delivery or project management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work flexible work schedule required • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task effectively in an independent, fast-paced environment • Positive attitude, strong drive for results, ability to navigate ambiguity, and openness to constructive feedback • Good judgment in analyzing information to make decisions • Up to 15% travel • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
