Beschreibung

• Prepare, submit, and track permit packages for Florida construction projects • Ensure adherence to local building codes • Maintain construction timelines • Schedule trade partners and monitor project milestones • Support day-to-day project management tasks • Track deliverables and facilitate communication across team members and contractors • Manage leadership calendars • Triage emails • Handle ad hoc operational tasks • Maintain smooth daily workflows • Use JobTread, Microsoft Excel/Word, and related construction tools to manage project data and operational tasks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of direct experience pulling permits and navigating Florida building codes and municipality processes • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or as an EA/Operations Assistant within the construction industry • Native or full professional fluency in written and spoken English • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and construction software • Hands-on experience with JobTread is a major plus • Self-directed and highly organized • Ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or compliance • Construction background in Florida (USA) required; candidates without it will not be considered • Ability and willingness to work in the U.S. timezone
