Beschreibung

• Lead Product Marketing team vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall company goals • Lead and scale go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing service solution offerings • Oversee launch planning, sales enablement, and competitive positioning • Translate technical content from subject matter experts into compelling collateral and thought leadership • Position GuidePoint's professional services based on thought leadership and competitive perspectives • Apply understanding of buyer personas and the enterprise purchase journey • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform services positioning and executive decision-making • Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Regional Marketing to ensure cohesive GTM execution and consistent messaging • Oversee content strategy including blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and executive presentations • Build and develop the Product Marketing team • Manage budget and resource allocation to drive measurable pipeline and sales enablement impact • Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve on the Corporate Marketing leadership team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years' experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a people leadership role • Significant cybersecurity or information security industry experience • Managed services or professional services background strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders • Demonstrated success defining market positioning and launching differentiated products/services that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including thought leadership and executive-level content development • Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity products and services, including specific industry and technical knowledge • Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Deep understanding of how a product/service is sold and the channels they are sold into • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams at the executive level • Experience building trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Leadership • Experience managing and developing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Up to 20% travel required, including industry conferences, customer engagements, and company events • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
