Beschreibung

• Manage projects under the IT Operations & Services Portfolio, including Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Endpoint Engineering, and Network/Systems Operations. • Manage process improvement projects for IT Operations, including documenting standard operating procedures, developing cross department procedures with corporate departments, and infrastructure change management standards. • Work with IT management and stakeholders to create IT Operations and Services project plans with clear dependencies, resource estimates, and target deadlines. • Work with third parties to evaluate vendor contracts and facilitate onboarding contractors for projects. • Analyze project delivery performance metrics, develop KPIs, and project reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum seven years' experience as an IT professional • Demonstrated skills with Project Management, Change Management and Release Management • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Azure • Understanding of system and network infrastructure • Experience with Enterprise Applications, Systems/Network Administration, and Information Security • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
