Beschreibung

• Oversee department activities and instructors training Operations team members • Maintain Kronos time records for direct reports • Attend and audit new-hire classes • Follow up with department supervisors regarding customer satisfaction • Handle Quality Management System (QMS) floor training using Floor Training Tracker • Conduct needs assessments with department supervisors • Evaluate training materials and recommend improvements • Serve as a training instructor when necessary • Generate special reports from the Employee Training Database and timekeeping system • Organize, execute, file and store training records • Enter paper records into the electronic database to ensure compliance with the Records Retention Matrix • Generate and distribute required QMS training rosters and sign-off sheets • Ensure compliance with QMS training requirements • Maintain the organizational structure in the Employee Training Database, including employees, roles and associated QMS requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 years of relevant work experience • Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems • Ability to adhere to the 7S program • Proven ability to maintain a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safe work practices • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities preferred • Experience working in an ISO environment preferred • Demonstrated understanding of the Supply Chain Quality Policy and commitment to process excellence • Effective organizational and leadership skills • Ability to use varied interpersonal styles and communication methods to adapt to new work structures, processes or cultures • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative work relationships internally and externally • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and work in an office or warehouse environment • Ability to safely walk, reach above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel • Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air • Ability to travel up to 75% • Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport • Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures • Applicants receiving a conditional offer may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
