Beschreibung

• Own the roadmap for Habitat Health’s data products and infrastructure and set direction and priorities across the data function • Own data products end-to-end across Platform & Integrations and Dashboards & Reporting • Bridge the Product and Data functions and align product strategy with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders • Collaborate with the development team to build data products aligned with business needs • Define business problems and determine product priorities before development • Write precise technical specifications for developers • Run the Jira backlog and sprint process • Manage execution and keep development unblocked • Design, quality-check, conduct UAT for, and ship dashboards • Triage ad hoc data requests and distinguish quick fixes from roadmap work • Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate work and model AI fluency for the team • Support Platform & Integrations, Clinical & Operational Services, Regulatory, and Enterprise Reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in product management, data/BI, or a closely related field • Track record of shipping data products, dashboards, or reporting tools end-to-end • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Solid understanding of healthcare data ontologies, systems, and information technology • Proficiency in SQL for independently querying, validating, and troubleshooting data • Ability to write clear technical specifications, including metric definitions, cohort logic, and source-to-target mapping • Experience partnering with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead UAT • Familiarity with Jira, Git, Power BI, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure • Comfort and enthusiasm using AI tools for requirements writing, documentation, analysis, and workflow automation • Alignment with Habitat Health’s purpose and values • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity • Learning and growth mindset, including seeking feedback and using data to inform decisions • Integrity, ownership, and follow-through • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Jira (nice to have) • Experience in PACE, VBC, or another regulated, compliance-driven environment (nice to have) • Knowledge of healthcare data ontologies such as CPT, ICD-10, and NDC (nice to have) • Experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, medical/pharmacy claims data, or FHIR/HL7 integrations (nice to have) • Compliance with applicable infection control, PPE, and vaccination requirements associated with the role and work location • Authorization to work in the United States verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify
