Beschreibung

• Provide technical, story-based consultations and deliverables to clients • Become a subject matter expert on Hack The Box products and services • Master products and services within the first four months • Deliver tailored and impactful product demos to new prospects and existing clients • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and technical wins • Plan and guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations • Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders • Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings • Collaborate with Content Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Infrastructure, and Analytics departments • Report to the Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering • Support enterprise clients in their cybersecurity journey

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar in the Cybersecurity space • Strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts • Relentless curiosity and hunger for learning • Natural ability to converse and build rapport with everyone from practitioners to executives • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Past experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region is a strong asset • Past work experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, DFIR, or a combination of these fields is a strong asset • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CJCA, CDSA, CPTS, CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are a strong asset • Prior experience with the Hack The Box platform is a strong asset • Ability to work fully remotely in the UK, hybrid from Athens, Greece, or remotely anywhere in Europe through an EoR
