• Managing inbound service calls from customers • Selling a leading range of added-value service products • Delivering an exceptional customer experience • Promote and upsell a range of extended warranty insurance products • Identify and recommend appropriate insurance products by assessing customer needs • Ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous sales experience within a telephone based sales role • Familiar with working toward sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment • Must reside with a 70 mile radius of Warrington offices • Required to attend a 3 day induction on-site at our Training Activation Centre based in Warrington • Must complete a full Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment • Successful candidate will undergo a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
