Beschreibung

• Help guide the eDiscovery Project Management team in day-to-day project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction • Act as a senior escalation point for project issues and client concerns • Help Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures across the PM group • Collaborate with sales, operations, forensics, and review teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Provide strategic input to improve workflows, technology usage, and client outcomes • Participate in client meetings, proposals, and project planning sessions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management • Expert-level understanding of the EDRM model and litigation workflows • Deep hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, or similar review tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both client-facing and internal • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Relativity Master, PMP, RCA, CEDS) • Experience working in a fully remote environment • Familiarity with analytics, TAR workflows, and advanced data processing tools • Prior experience interfacing with corporate legal departments or AmLaw firms
