Beschreibung

• Implement and proactively manage utility CIS technology solutions for clients • Lead new-client implementation processes, communicate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and train users in system setup, administration, and maintenance • Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process reviews, documentation, and requirements elicitation • Understand utility business processes including customer service, billing, collections, meter-to-cash, and related CIS workflows • Configure applications according to business needs and accepted best practices • Own user acceptance testing and change management processes • Create user documentation and handover documentation for support staff • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services fitting client needs • Support Project Managers with engagement contracts, bottleneck escalation, and project progress updates • Deliver implementation services efficiently to meet project milestones and utilize assigned resources effectively • Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups on market trends, client needs, and business practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must hold a current, valid passport • Must be legally eligible to travel internationally, including passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Must be able to travel an average of 50% of the time within North America • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization • Experience working with both business and IT groups, ideally in a utility CIS implementation or enterprise software environment • Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging AI tools, including Copilot, chat-based AI, and automation solutions • Experience in software implementation preferred for standing out • Knowledge of SQL • Knowledge of Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality, particularly in a utility environment, is a plus • Experience providing software implementation services to the utility industry, including CIS implementation, upgrades, testing, or production support, is a plus • Strong influencing and coaching skills are a plus
