Beschreibung

• Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting, and implementation/support services for customers on the inHANCE product line through virtual and onsite methods • Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups • Respond to implementation support calls and resolve issues • Build working relationships with Project Coordinators and client contacts to prepare sites for implementation and training and tailor materials to client needs • Coordinate and manage individual projects as required • Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Support, and Development to troubleshoot technical and functional questions • Provide feedback to Project Coordinators, Management, and team members to improve the product and implementation process • Maintain current knowledge of Harris software applications and related technologies • Coordinate source-data retrieval and review data required for conversion • Cleanse and integrate data and coordinate conversion assistance from Development • Test data conversions and review converted data with clients for accuracy • Document work tasks and communication • Update internal tracking systems and time entries • Provide customer support as needed • Travel up to approximately 25% in the US and Canada • Perform other duties as assigned to meet changing business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least five years of experience in the field of being a software application consultant/implementation specialist • Previous training experience in software applications • Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve issues • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11/ Windows Server 2016+ • Customer service experience is essential • Strong time management, planning and organizing skills are required • Ability to interpret business requirements and recommend solutions that will meet customer needs • Must demonstrate patience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent documentation skills • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools, while maintaining judgment, security, and compliance standards • Database skills and ability to perform SQL queries are an asset • Utility billing knowledge is an asset • Financial/accounting knowledge is an asset • Previous project management is an asset • Knowledge of relational databases and relational database applications is an asset • Knowledge of SQL Server, SQL SSMS, and writing SQL queries is an asset • Experience with data migrations, database tables/layouts, and writing conversion scripts is an asset
