Beschreibung

• Lead the Product organization within R&D and report to the VP of R&D • Lead a team of five Product Managers, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts across the product portfolio • Lead customer discovery, validate problems before engineering commitment, define success metrics, and measure realized value after release • Set the standard for well-reasoned product decisions • Design and implement intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and governance processes • Coach five product professionals into strategic product leaders • Establish clear roles and accountability • Build a culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer focus • Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Support, and executive leadership • Improve forecast accuracy and communicate roadmap decisions clearly • Travel to Ottawa approximately once a month and periodically to customer sites and industry conferences

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ leading Product teams • Track record of shipping products customers value • Experience building or maturing a Product operating model in a scaling organization • Strong product instincts • Executive communication and ability to influence without authority • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience • Curiosity and willingness to adopt and leverage AI tools • Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including required visa exemption or travel visas for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Preference for candidates able to work in EST timezone • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience • Experience introducing modern product practices into an established organization • Fluency with AI-enabled product development • Direct utilities industry experience is advantageous
