Beschreibung

• Ensure rapid execution of a roadmap at the edge of AI innovation • Execute product tradeoffs with agility • Lead and develop product managers • Build partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams • Ensure effective delivery, resourcing, and cross-organizational alignment • Prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps using clear business cases • Balance short-term revenue, long-term user trust, and execution risks • Drive innovation for agentic tooling with a customer-centric focus • Put customer feedback and AI market progress at the forefront • Shape monetization and user-experience tradeoffs • Empower the product team to execute, grow, and achieve impact independently

🎯 Anforderungen

• Located in the United States • Thoughtful, strategic product leadership experience • Deep, hands-on experience with AI products and tools • Understanding of deep integrations and agentic tools • Experience balancing short-term revenue optimization with long-term customer value • Experience with revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics • Ability to collaborate with finance and revenue partners • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market • Effective executive-level communication • Proven track record of building and developing PM teams • Experience mentoring and developing product managers • Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge seeking • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application form • Resume required
