Haus bedient Unternehmens- und Agenturkunden, um experimentgetriebene Erkenntnisse in verbesserte Marketingallokation und ROI zu übersetzen.

Beschreibung

• Design and ship Python backend services that turn model outputs into recommendations • Build React screens for customers to review, edit, and approve recommendations • Integrate Architect with the Haus platform • Define API contracts with other teams and handle failure modes gracefully • Collaborate with product, science, and design on product scope • Improve the codebase through tests, monitoring, and refactoring • Use AI coding tools as part of the development workflow and explain verification methods

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications and APIs • Strong backend engineering skills in Python • Working proficiency with React • Ability to work in an ambiguous, product-facing role and turn half-formed requests into scoped plans • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and data-heavy applications • Comfort with cloud-native environments; GCP preferred • Understanding of deploying, monitoring, and operating production services • Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar • Ability to explain how AI-generated output was verified • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly • Bonus: experience with Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, or experimentation platforms • Bonus: experience with optimization or recommendation systems • Bonus: earlier-stage startup experience • Bonus: Flask, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, or similar
