Beschreibung

• Lead and manage end-to-end conversion of healthcare payer data between platforms such as legacy systems and HealthRules Payer / GuidingCare • Serve as subject matter expert for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Authorizations data domains • Analyze payer data patterns, perform data profiling, and define transformation and mapping rules • Design and execute phased conversion plans covering mock runs, parallel runs, and full-volume loads • Lead workflow and gap analysis sessions; identify data discrepancies and define resolution strategies • Write, maintain, and unit-test Python and SQL data conversion code • Design ETL processes including data extracts, load logic, stored procedures, workflows, and data mappings • Enforce naming standards and maintain data dictionaries and conversion model documentation • Handle post-installation testing and correct conversion defects before go-live • Plan and conduct client and user review sessions; implement corrections based on feedback • Communicate conversion progress, risks, and issue resolution to clients • Develop documentation covering transformation rules, mapping specifications, profiling findings, and validation reports • Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and onshore/offshore stakeholders • Mentor junior team members on conversion processes, best practices, and technical standards • Develop reusable conversion assets, accelerators, and knowledge repositories

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizens or Green Card holders only • 4+ years of working experience with Healthcare Payer data domains: Claims, Enrollment or Provider • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business or Technical field • 12+ years of working experience in technology integrations, with 7+ years in technical leadership roles • Hands-on experience leading data conversion or data migration projects, including mock, parallel, and full-volume execution phases • Working experience with ETL design and implementation across extract, transform, and load phases • Experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, transformation, and profiling (SQL Server or equivalent) • Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model • Working experience with Python to extract data and automate conversion routines • Bulk data loading experience • Excellent communication skills to present conversion status, risks, and results clearly to clients and senior management • Experience working in a team environment with onshore/offshore technical resources • Preferred: experience architecting software or data solutions and applying architecture governance principles • Preferred: experience with HealthRules Payer (HRP) or similar platforms • Preferred: Medicare and/or Medicaid program experience, including CMS data structures and compliance requirements • Preferred: experience with EDI transaction processing — 837P, 837I, and 834 • Preferred: experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or equivalent platforms • Preferred: experience with BI or reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or equivalent • Preferred: cloud platform exposure — AWS, Azure, or GCP; Architect or Big Data certification • Preferred: knowledge of data visualization tools and dashboard design • Preferred: familiarity with backup, archival, and data recovery specifications • Ability to work across multiple time zones • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
