Beschreibung

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of client needs outside standard product offerings. • Develop understanding of HealthEZ products and services. • Participate in client meetings and support exception-request discussions. • Help define exception scope and rationale and prepare business cases. • Participate in Win Room meetings to evaluate requests and present recommendations on feasibility, pricing impacts, implementation considerations, risks, and alternatives. • Own approved opportunities through solution development, stakeholder alignment, and implementation readiness. • Track and report results against business-case assumptions. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to assess custom-solution impacts on people, processes, and systems. • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve issues, and drive action items to completion. • Maintain internal and external solution documentation. • Transition documented plans to Implementation Managers and serve as a review and escalation point. • Lead strategic projects during periods of lower exception volume. • Serve as Project Manager for new HealthEZ product rollouts when needed. • Analyze exception trends, broker feedback, market demands, and product gaps. • Translate customer insights into recommendations for Product, Operations, and leadership. • Share insights with the Product team for future development and strategic planning.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, client solutions, or product consulting, preferably within a TPA or health plan environment. • Strong understanding of healthcare benefits, claims processing, and administrative services. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Strong presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. • Experience with documentation tools and project management software is a plus.
