Beschreibung

• Conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom with qualified applicants • Follow the proven consultative sales framework • Help qualified prospects make a confident yes or no decision whenever possible • Clearly communicate the YouTube Authority Engine process, expectations, and investment • Maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting • Participate in daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching • Continuously improve through feedback and role play • Diagnose whether prospects are ready, challenge their thinking when appropriate, and help them arrive at the right decision • Deliver an exceptional buying experience that builds trust in the Healthpreneur brand

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years selling high-ticket consulting, coaching, agency, SaaS, or advisory services • Exceptional communication and listening skills • Strong consultative selling ability • Comfortable handling difficult objections and challenging prospects respectfully • Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement • Competitive, accountable, and driven by excellence • Full-time availability • Big plus if you understand the health industry • Ability to maintain a 25%+ close rate on conducted calls

🏖️ Vorteile

• 100% commission-based compensation with no ceiling on earning potential • $500 USD per enrollment for Silver performance (<15% close rate) • $750 USD per enrollment for Gold performance (15-24% close rate) • $2,000 USD per enrollment for Elite performance (25%+ close rate) • Elite performers can realistically earn $250,000-$400,000+ USD per year • Weekends are optional but a great opportunity • Daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching • Ongoing feedback and role play
