Beschreibung

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Growth team • Sharpen the signup, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and activation funnel • Build and run experimentation across new business and expansion • Design and run experiments in product lines owned by other product leaders • Own the overarching cross-product pricing and packaging framework • Create growth models, experiment standards, and playbooks for company-wide use • Perform strategic work directly while hiring and managing a team of Product Managers • Own the group’s revenue results • Partner with go-to-market, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success across the customer lifecycle • Report to the Chief Product Officer • Partner with product leaders on expansion experiments and monetization frameworks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium motion • Concrete experience moving a product line’s revenue or adoption • Hands-on experimentation experience, including defining metrics and designing tests • Ability to design an outcome-based pricing framework and explain its tradeoffs • Technical fluency sufficient to hold architecture conversations and assess engineering estimates • Understanding of how AI and agentic product features fail • Direct people-management experience • Excellent writing skills, including one-pagers and briefs • Fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, strategy testing, and rapid prototyping • Must be based in the United States • Must already be authorized to work from the home country; Help Scout does not sponsor visas
