Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary point of contact for field service-related requests • Coordinate and deliver equipment service for customers • Manage service requests from initial intake through scheduling and dispatch • Prioritize emergency service needs • Coordinate with technicians, customers, sales, and field management • Monitor service activity and communicate updates and issues to stakeholders • Create work orders and schedule and dispatch technicians for equipment service or emergency repairs • Partner with the District Manager regarding scheduling practices and attend service planning meetings • Receive and manage high-volume telephone calls and emails • Answer customer questions about equipment and service, reroute calls, and track calls • Schedule service calls and maintain frequent communication with technicians • Determine which calls require troubleshooting based on predetermined call types • Review open work orders to ensure technician assignment • Provide leadership feedback on on-time arrivals, reschedules, repeat visits, and job refusals • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

• Ability to manage a high volume of emails and telephone calls • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines • Very good attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service oriented and the ability to work with complex issues • Ability to plan and arrange activities • Very good interpersonal communication skills • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to multi-task • Ability to manage conflict • Capacity to work effectively under pressure • Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization • Typically 3 or more years of related experience • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training • Travel typically less than 10%
