Beschreibung

• Assist the RSD and EAMs in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Coordinate follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system • Employ best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices • Support EAMs in conducting market research and competitor analysis • Gather and organize customer feedback for sales and product development teams • Organize and execute product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, materials, sales forecasts, and performance opportunities for the Executive Area Manager • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for sales-related activities • Ensure materials and equipment are prepared for events using approved corporate literature, scientific data, presentations, and claims • Develop an in-depth understanding of ETS skin substitute products and services • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers • Facilitate order processing, track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and advancements in wound care • Share marketplace learnings and identify opportunities with the ETS team • Ensure activities comply with company policies, ethics standards, and applicable laws

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry • 1–2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable • Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar • Comfort with virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel • Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours when required • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies • Must comply with company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines, Code of Ethics, and applicable federal/state/local laws • Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements; Heraeus participates in E-Verify after hire
