Beschreibung

• Conduct outside sales, new business development, and account management for Arcwood’s business services • Identify new accounts and solicit orders through personal sales calls • Explain services and assess customer needs • Grow revenue and profit from existing accounts through regular customer contact and promotion of additional services • Cultivate sales relationships with target accounts • Prepare, submit, and interpret reports on activities, sales volume, and expenses • Participate in sales meetings and training programs • Represent Arcwood at trade shows, conventions, Chamber of Commerce events, and professional associations • Monitor environmental regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive conditions • Manage DSO to less than 45 days • Profile service time frames with customers and ensure quality and satisfaction • Resolve customer concerns • Negotiate pricing and contract requirements • Complete the annual sales revenue budget and key customer initiatives • Manage and control sales expenses • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in sales, business, marketing or science preferred • 3+ years of proven industry-related sales experience required • Alternatively, 7+ years of proven industry-related sales experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to perform outside sales, new business development, and account management • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, with overnight stays required • Ability to manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to less than 45 days • Ability to negotiate pricing and contract requirements • Ability to understand the Company’s service offerings across all business lines • Ability to complete sales reports, budgets, and expense submissions • Ability to adapt to CORE business and customer categorization • Post-offer drug screen and background check required
