Beschreibung

• Develop customer proposals aligned with business and technical needs • Provide technical expertise in virtualization and infrastructure solutions • Support partner sales teams with solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept setups, and technical presentations • Identify business opportunities through partner engagements, upselling, and cross-selling • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design cost-effective, scalable solutions • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings • Document and track partner activities for forecasting and pipeline management • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and align technical solutions with their IT ecosystems • Drive technical enablement and solution design with HPE’s strategic partner ecosystem • Guide partners through deployments and support successful customer outcomes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field • 5–10 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical selling • Proven experience in solution configurations and architecture design, particularly VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM • Experience with solution designs for Aria Operations and/or Aria Automation • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS deployments • Knowledge of networking including VLANs, routing, and virtual switching • Knowledge of storage including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, and software-defined storage • Hands-on experience with hypervisors and automation tools such as PowerShell and Bash • Industry certifications in virtualization and IT infrastructure preferred • Strong technical selling, consultative engagement, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly • Knowledge of HPE hardware and software portfolio and hybrid IT solutions • Understanding of channel programs and partner collaboration • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local languages as needed • Experience with IT operations frameworks and solutions such as OpsRamp, Aria Operations, or Dynatrace • Ability to deliver live product, solution, tool, or service demonstrations • Intermediate knowledge of partner offerings, channel programs, and go-to-market approach
