Beschreibung

• Handle inbound calls concerning prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries • Work in a professional project environment with designated contacts • Support a large prepaid customer-service project for a major mobile-network brand • Work remotely from the freelancer’s location within the EU, excluding Germany • Plan assignments independently within the project framework

🎯 Anforderungen

• Freelancer/self-employed status in the country of residence • Residence outside Germany but within the EU • Ability to issue compliant invoices to international clients according to the laws of the country of residence • Fulfillment of tax obligations in the country of residence • German language skills at C1/C2 level • Experience in telephone customer service is advantageous • Independent working style and organization • Long-term interest in participating in the project • Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s • Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC • Quiet, undisturbed home-office workspace with no third-party visibility or access • Confident use of web-based tools
