• Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service • Close timeshare sales and drive results • Focus on sales activities without chasing leads or managing subsequent administrative tasks after a sale • Participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings • Complete Premier Sales Training and Hilton University courses • Communicate product value and use diverse selling angles and product options, including deed and trust sales • Work with key partners across the organization • Conduct virtual, on-camera live presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Graduate • Possess sales experience • Active state real estate license if required in the state of residence • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Professional appearance • Basic technical abilities with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary programs • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Ability to work in a private, professional space free from interruptions • Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background • Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations • Proficiency in technology and comfort working in a virtual, performance-driven environment • All visual and audio interactions are recorded during onboarding and training
