Beschreibung

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects • Identify and assess program and project risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, ensure financial compliance, report to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines • Lead and motivate project managers, engineers, analysts, and other professionals • Establish performance metrics and KPIs, monitor progress, track milestones, and update stakeholders • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, reporting requirements, deliverables, regulations, and legal obligations • Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices • Perform additional duties as assigned or required • Support customers in Department of Defense Geographic Combatant Commands • May visit job sites in industrial or shipboard environments

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with a Master’s in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the defense industry or government contracting • Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements • Experience managing multi-year contracts with greater than $20M annual revenue and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities • Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, including risk management • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance • Bonus: 2+ years of experience managing Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts supporting the Department of Defense • Bonus: 2+ years of experience using Smartsheet and Office365 products • Bonus: Secret or higher (TS/SCI) clearance
