Beschreibung

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, performant full stack solutions • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers • Advocate for the team's technical priorities and alignment within engineering • Participate in product discovery, assess feasibility, and validate ideas through prototypes and experiments • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive patient-facing interfaces • Build and maintain monitored integrations with external partners and internal systems • Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance • Collaborate with engineering teams on system and service integration • Identify strategic technologies and investments to improve scalability, reliability, and performance • Break down complex projects and lead execution to successful outcomes • Improve engineering workflows, processes, and tools • Analyze product, operational, and patient feedback metrics • Create and maintain technical documentation • Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing • Coach and support teammates at all levels

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional experience building production web products • Strong full stack skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript or similar • Experience delivering scalable, high quality web applications and services in a modern cloud environment • Experience building and operating third party integrations and asynchronous, event driven workflows, including queues, webhooks, retries, and idempotency • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js, Nest.js, PostgresDB, Redis, and Amazon SQS • Experience shipping experiment driven features that improved conversion, activation, or retention • Familiarity with feature flag systems and experimentation platforms such as GrowthBook, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly • Fluency in web performance optimization, accessibility, and modern UI engineering • Strong analytical and data skills, including event instrumentation, debugging analytics, and basic SQL • Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines, including automated unit and integration testing • Excellent problem solving abilities and sound judgment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Highly organized, self directed, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects with minimal oversight • Bonus: experience in healthcare or another regulated domain, HIPAA, PHI handling, third party partner integrations, or industry data standards • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
