Beschreibung

• Own the revenue number for biotech and SMID pharma, including account strategy, pipeline, and forecast • Personally lead initial deals with founders, CEOs, and commercial, medical, access, and patient services leaders • Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team, including hiring, coaching, and setting performance standards • Leverage relationships with biotech and small-to-mid-sized pharma founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders to build pipeline and shorten sales cycles • Represent Hippocratic AI at key biotech and biopharma meetings • Define go-to-market strategy, including target segments, pricing and packaging, and channels for lean, launch-stage companies • Prioritize high-value use cases across the biotech lifecycle, including launch readiness, patient onboarding, adherence and persistence, clinical trial recruitment, and HCP education • Build commercial narratives and ROI frameworks for biotech buyers • Partner with Customer Success to transition customers from close to deployment and drive early wins • Drive account expansion and retention across brands, pipeline assets, and indications

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years of commercial experience in biotech, specialty pharma, or small-to-mid-sized pharma, including senior sales and commercial leadership roles • Demonstrated track record of personally closing deals with biotech and mid-sized pharma organizations, with verifiable revenue achievement • Trusted relationships at VP, SVP, and C-suite level across the sector • Experience selling technology, platform, or services solutions into biopharma • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales and commercial teams in high-growth environments • Comfort in high-growth environments with limited structure and high expectations for ownership, urgency, and results • Experience selling or deploying AI, digital health, SaaS, or data platforms into biopharma • Experience with biotech launch and commercial models, including patient services hubs and outsourced commercial infrastructure • Startup or early-stage experience scaling commercial functions from scratch • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
