Beschreibung

• Lead commercial negotiations, RFPs and renewals for the group's largest software and IT contracts • Benchmark pricing and terms against market standards, structure competitive tension and deliver documented savings • Manage the full contract lifecycle for selected strategic vendor accounts in alignment with IT, Legal and Finance • Define and lead governance for group-wide contract usage, including usage policies, entitlement and license allocation, and contractual compliance • Own the group's AI provider contract portfolio commercially and operationally • Track AI vendor developments, new features and changing commercial models, assess organisational relevance and prepare adoption recommendations • Establish and expand group-level agreements where they create value • Administer centrally managed AI tools and support group entities with questions • Enable decentralised administrators and end users through guidance, documentation and training • Maintain and develop the contract register and KPI reporting covering renewals, spend and savings • Provide transparency to the CIO, CFO and senior stakeholders • Drive renewal planning to preserve negotiation leverage • Advise IT team members managing smaller contracts with negotiation playbooks, benchmark data and review support • Identify and mitigate contractual risks involving GDPR/data privacy, cybersecurity obligations, SLAs and exit provisions • Support entities on complex vendor negotiations and identify group-wide bundling opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, IT, or a comparable field • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT procurement, vendor management or commercial contract negotiation • Ideally, experience in a corporate or shared services environment • Proven negotiation track record with enterprise software vendors • Solid understanding of software licensing models, including SaaS, enterprise and usage-based licensing • Knowledge of cloud contracts, including AWS, Azure and GCP • Working knowledge of GDPR and standard contract law • Ability to manage a portfolio of large contracts and negotiation timelines in an organised, structured and reliable manner • Demonstrated measurable impact through documented savings, risk avoidance or improved terms • Strong negotiation skills • Commercial mindset combined with analytical thinking and a structured, results-driven way of working • Interest in AI technologies and their commercial, contractual and licensing implications • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and collaborate across international teams • Fluency in German and English
