Beschreibung

• Teaching, coaching, and training associates to ensure effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives • Driving execution of Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS) and safety initiatives • Performing timely entry of internal theft cases into the case management system • Building partnerships with local law enforcement • Making hiring decisions and taking disciplinary action • Conducting performance reviews and teaching associates on safety behaviors

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location
