Beschreibung

• Responsible for the day to day activities related to their tower (P2P) • Partner with project teams and external business partners and supports problem solving efforts • Accountable for supporting the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and encouraging continuous improvement of processes and delivery • Provides coaching to team members • Support individual contributors (Analysts and Sr. Analysts) prioritize and review work • Present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and partnerships while managing competing priorities • Executes month end / year end processes • Create regular reports for the leadership; assists with or produces other reports as requested • Serve as first escalation point for any issues or difficulties with specific projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field of study related to the job • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills • Experience with data analytics / data visualization • Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired • Previous people or project team management experience.
