Beschreibung

• Partner closely with and support market leadership teams by transforming complex healthcare data into tools and actionable insights • Perform in-depth analyses and ad-hoc analyses that drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making • Collaborate across key business teams including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations • Prepare partner-facing presentations leveraging analytics tools and market-specific knowledge to translate data into actionable insights • Develop a deep understanding of Honest Health’s data assets and Analytics product inventory as it relates to strategic decision-making and problem-solving • Serve as the primary analytics & business insights partner for your assigned market team • Analyze data from diverse sources including electronic health records (EHRs), health information exchanges (HIEs), and claims data that are housed in Honest’s electronic data warehouse (EDW) • Leverage SQL skills to extract and analyze large, complex data • Translate operational and clinical needs and requests into analytical business requirements • Deliver timely, accurate responses to ad hoc requests and proactively surface trends for optimization • Form and maintain strong relationships within the extended analytics team and across the business • Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop and deliver powerful insights • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Exhibit exceptional reliability and follow-through • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or similar field • 4+ years of experience translating large, complex data into actionable insights for business leaders • Healthcare analytics experience and a strong understanding of healthcare data and operational workflows is highly preferred • Experience with value-based care models is preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong SQL skills, preferably in a Snowflake or other cloud computing environment • Data visualization experience, preferably Tableau • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organization • Strong attention to detail and a passion for digging into processes to better understand them and communicate the big picture • Proven ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills with a history of tackling and solving complex challenges • Able to navigate ambiguity and transform complexity into a state of clarity and actionable structure • Capable of working independently and collaborating efficiently within a team environment
