Beschreibung

• Bring the foundational Horizon3 Customer Academy to life and help customers realize value from the NodeZero autonomous penetration testing platform faster • Design, build, and continuously improve customer learning experiences across NodeZero capabilities, tiers, workflows, and functionality • Build customer certifications, technical how-to modules, guided learning paths, hands-on exercises, and other enablement experiences • Define curriculum architecture organized by customer role, use case, capability, product tier, and proficiency level • Define learning paths from foundational concepts through advanced NodeZero usage and operational best practices • Design and launch customer certification programs with practical assessments and completion criteria • Create technical modules covering configuration, test execution, findings review, reporting, remediation validation, and related functionality • Produce interactive lessons, demonstrations, walkthroughs, videos, job aids, reference guides, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on labs • Maintain deep working knowledge of NodeZero, product tiers, technical workflows, releases, roadmap changes, attack research, and customer use cases • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Attack Research, Support, and other technical SMEs • Establish processes for gathering expertise, validating technical accuracy, content reviews, ownership, and update cycles • Personally design and produce live, virtual, and self-paced customer enablement content using adult learning and instructional design principles • Build reusable templates and standards for lessons, modules, assessments, facilitator guides, labs, and certification materials • Define and track customer readiness, engagement, certification, adoption, and time-to-value measures • Use completion data, assessment results, customer feedback, support themes, and Customer Success insights to improve learning experiences • Maintain a roadmap for new courses, certifications, updates, and retired content • Share progress, risks, and impact with enablement and cross-functional leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical enablement, instructional design, customer education, learning experience design, or a related field • Demonstrated experience building technical customer education, certifications, academies, onboarding programs, or product training • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and outcome-oriented learning content • Hands-on experience creating digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise or comparable authoring platforms • Experience designing assessments, knowledge checks, practical exercises, or certification programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical SMEs and customer-facing teams • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage content development from intake through launch and iteration • Direct experience with NodeZero, autonomous penetration testing, offensive security, exposure management, vulnerability management, cloud security, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains • Experience enabling security, IT, infrastructure, DevOps, or technical practitioner audiences • Experience building a customer academy or education program from the ground up • Experience creating hands-on labs, technical demonstrations, interactive simulations, or scenario-based learning • Familiarity with learning management systems, video and screen-recording tools, assessment platforms, and customer education analytics • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company • Experience working with enterprise customers • Ability to work in the United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
