Beschreibung

• Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million-dollar business lines • Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Break strategy into rapidly shippable projects aligned with company vision • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams • Shape product requirements, features, and end products • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps • Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship effective features and products • Ensure new features launch smoothly and mostly on schedule • Prioritize execution and balance engineering cost with business impact • Suggest ways to track product usage and impact on end users • Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision • Seek opportunities to innovate

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate customer concerns clearly and precisely • High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates • Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development • Intense focus on shipping products and ability to prioritize competing demands and make trade-offs • Ability to manage projects by structuring work categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent • Ability to make decisions amid uncertainty without requiring a support system to maintain momentum • Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining focus and a regular cadence of releases • Ideal fit able to work under European or American East Coast time zones
