Beschreibung

• Prioritize and oversee the development team’s work to maximize product value • Conduct day-to-day interaction with the development team and scrum master • Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic product vision, roadmap, and evolving business needs • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-user needs and pain points and shape requirements • Understand customer needs and validate delivery-team solutions • Translate business priorities for technical team members by documenting user stories and acceptance criteria • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting product delivery • Confirm product quality against defined acceptance criteria and customer needs • Communicate product functionality and sprint outcomes on an ad hoc basis or during PI planning • Support multiple Agile Delivery Teams • Cultivate relationships between business and IT partners to facilitate high-value product development

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5 years or more of experience representing business or technology in technology implementations and/or product/project management • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills • Critical thinking and ability to anticipate team needs, take initiative, ask the right questions, and deliver high-quality work • Problem-solving ability to find viable solutions that meet business needs • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines • Ability to work independently • Preferred knowledge in quoting, rating, and underwriting • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent preferred • Agile/Scrum certification preferred • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Prior experience with Agile development process in story writing • Ability to work with project stakeholders and remote teams at all levels in a collaborative team environment • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and/or Agile Development Methodologies • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
